Rental Policies
Rental Duration
Standard rental is one week. Additional daily or weekly rates apply beyond the initial rental period.
Delivery and Pickup
Deliveries and pickups are scheduled during selected windows. Someone must be available to accept and confirm the order, or arrangements can be made in advance.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the equipment while in their possession, including protection from theft, damage, and unauthorized use.
Missing Totes
Missing totes are billed at a flat replacement fee per item. Charges may be applied to the security deposit or authorized card.
Damaged Totes
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged based on repair or replacement cost.
Excessive Cleaning
Totes must be returned empty and wiped out. Excessive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee.
Late Returns
Late pickups may incur an additional day, week, or extended rental fee.
Missed Pickup
If equipment is not ready or accessible at the scheduled pickup, a rescheduling fee may apply.
Restricted Contents
Totes may not be used for: hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, illegal items, wet paint, biohazard materials, unsealed food, or materials that may stain or permanently damage the totes.
Prohibited Materials
Any material that violates local, state, or federal law is strictly prohibited.
Commercial Use
Commercial orders may have separate rental terms and payment schedules.
Weather Delays
In severe weather we may reschedule delivery or pickup for safety. Customers will be notified as early as possible.
Cancellation

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit is authorized or charged at booking. It is released after equipment is returned in acceptable condition, less any documented charges.
Charge Authorization
By booking, the customer authorizes charges for missing, damaged, or excessively dirty equipment, and for late or extended rentals.
