Answers to your rental questions
How does tote rental work?
Choose a package, pick your delivery and pickup dates, and we drop clean, ready-to-use totes at your door. When your rental ends, we come back and pick them up.
How many totes do I need?
Studios typically use around 20 totes, one-bedroom homes 35, two-bedroom 50, and three-bedroom or larger 75+. You can always add more during checkout.
How long can I keep the totes?
Our standard rental is one week. You can extend if inventory is available — extensions can be requested from your account dashboard.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes. We deliver to your door and return to pick up the totes when your rental is done.
Do I need tape?
No. Our totes have attached lids that snap securely closed — no tape, no assembly.
Are the totes cleaned?
Every tote is inspected and sanitized between rentals.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, subject to inventory availability. Extensions can be paid online from your account.
What happens if I lose or damage a tote?
Missing or damaged totes are billed at a flat replacement fee per item. Your refundable security deposit covers most incidents.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is authorized on your card at booking and released after equipment is returned in acceptable condition.

Can you deliver to an apartment?
Yes. Please note elevator access, stairs, and gate codes in your delivery instructions.
Do you offer commercial rentals?
Yes — request a quote on the Commercial Rentals page.
Can I order extra totes?
Yes — add extra totes and supplies during checkout or from your account.
What happens if I am not ready for pickup?
Please have totes emptied, wiped out, and stacked in the agreed pickup location. Late-ready pickups may incur a fee.
Can my delivery and pickup addresses be different?
Yes. Just uncheck the box that says pickup address is the same, and enter both.
Do you rent moving dollies?
Yes — dollies are included in most packages and can be added individually.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via secure Stripe checkout.
