Realtor Partner Program — Terms & Fulfillment
Everything you need to know before joining: who qualifies, how referrals are tracked and paid, and exactly how we deliver your closing gifts.
Effective
January 1, 2026. Bundle Box Rentals LLC ("Bundle Box") may update these terms with 14 days' notice by text to active partners.
1. Eligibility
Who can join
- • Active, licensed real estate agent or broker in North Carolina or Virginia.
- • Affiliated with a licensed brokerage (independent agents welcome — brokerage name required).
- • Serves clients within Bundle Box's delivery footprint (Raleigh–Durham Triangle core, extended Triangle, or Southside VA).
- • Provides a working US mobile number for SMS communication and payout confirmation.
- • Agrees to disclose the referral relationship to clients when required by state real estate rules or brokerage policy.
Bundle Box may decline or terminate any partner at its discretion, including for inactivity, client complaints, or brokerage conflicts.
2. Referral Program
How the $25 payout works
Tracking. Each partner receives a unique referral code (e.g. JANE10) that clients enter at checkout. A referral is credited only when the code is applied on the booking page before payment.
Client discount. The code applies 10% off the client's rental package price (delivery fees and deposits excluded).
Qualifying rental. A referral becomes payable once the rental is completed — totes delivered, picked up, and no unresolved damage claim. Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows do not qualify.
Payout amount. $25 flat per qualifying rental, regardless of package size. There is no cap on the number of referrals per month.
Payout schedule. Paid on the 1st of the month following completion, via Zelle or Venmo to the number/handle on file. Minimum payout is $25; smaller balances (from partial credits) roll to the next month.
Tax reporting. Partners are independent contractors. Bundle Box issues a 1099-NEC to any partner paid $600 or more in a calendar year. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
Self-referrals & stacking. Partners may not use their own code on their own move or a household member's move. Referral discounts do not stack with other promo codes.
3. Closing Gift Program
How closing gifts are fulfilled
How to order. Text the client's name, delivery address, target delivery date, and package size to 804-875-0675, or use the partner order form. We confirm availability within one business day.
Partner pricing. Realtor partners receive 20% off any rental package used as a closing gift. Delivery fees and refundable security deposit are billed at standard rates.
Payment. Paid up front by the partner via Stripe (card on file supported). The security deposit is refunded to the partner's card after pickup, minus any damage or missing-tote charges per our standard rental policies.
Delivery window. Two-hour delivery window scheduled directly with the client. Standard 24-hour lead time; rush delivery available for a $25 surcharge.
Presentation. Every closing-gift delivery includes:
- • A handwritten card with the partner's name and message (up to 200 characters).
- • The partner's business card taped to the top tote (partner supplies cards, or we print a simple version at no charge).
- • A one-page "how to use your totes" insert with the pickup date.
Rental term. Standard 2-week rental starting on the delivery date. Extensions billed to the partner at standard weekly rates unless the client requests to take over the extension on their own card.
Changes & cancellations. Free reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours, delivery fee is non-refundable; package price is refundable if totes have not been dispatched.
Tax deductibility. Closing gifts may qualify as a deductible business expense. Bundle Box does not provide tax advice — consult your accountant on per-client gift limits.
4. Co-Marketing & Brand Use
Using the Bundle Box name
- • Partners may mention "Bundle Box Rentals partner" in their marketing and closing materials.
- • Bundle Box may tag partners in social posts and include partner business cards with deliveries.
- • Use of the Bundle Box logo requires the partner-kit files (available on request) and must not be altered.
- • Partners may not claim exclusivity, imply employment, or make pricing or availability guarantees on Bundle Box's behalf.
5. Compliance & Disclosure
Real estate & RESPA
Tote rental is not a settlement service. Referral fees paid under this program are for the referral of a moving-container rental only and are not tied to any real estate transaction, financing, or settlement service. Even so, partners are responsible for complying with their state real estate commission rules and brokerage policies, including any disclosure requirements. When in doubt, disclose the referral relationship to the client in writing.
6. Termination
Ending the partnership
Either party may end the partnership at any time by text to 804-875-0675. Referrals booked before the termination date remain eligible for payout on their normal schedule. Bundle Box may immediately suspend a partner for suspected fraud, code sharing outside the partner's client base, or repeated client complaints.
